We offer a 30 day return / exchange policy based on the following:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including any accessories, pieces and parts.
Any computer software, CD, DVD, VHS tape or any simulated learning environment course which has been opened from it's original factory packaging is not eligible for a refund and can only be exchanged, if defective, for the same exact product. The replacement product will ship open, post inspection and is not eligible for refund.
The following items can be returned or exchanged 10 days after the purchase date, the items must be in the new, unused condition that you received them in. These items are: Dated navigation materials such as charts, Any test guide or testing materials such as written, oral or practical test guides.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: digital downloads, e-books, online codes or any bundle which includes the previously listed item(s).
Clothing and apparel are only eligible for return if they are unopened, unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging that they were shipped in.
Electronics such as headsets, handhelds or GPS' can be returned 7 days after the purchase date. There will be a 10% restocking fee. The items are only eligible for return or exchange if they are new, unused and in the original condition. They must also include the unfilled warranty card and all instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund and it has been more than 10 days, please email Support@longbeachpilotshop.com, we will get back with you within 24 hours.
